Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to clients, providing excellent customer service, and building strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities: - Sell insurance policies to new and existing clients - Meet with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options - Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns - Analyze client's current insurance policies and make recommendations for additional coverage or policy changes - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies - Utilize various sales techniques such as telemarketing, outside sales, and retail sales to generate leads and close sales - Bilingual skills are a plus as it allows for effective communication with a diverse client base - Negotiate policy terms and conditions to ensure the best coverage options for clients Experience: - Proven experience in insurance sales or related field - Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is preferred but not required If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and helping others, we encourage you to apply for the position of Insurance Agent. Pay: $66,609.00 - $77,044.00 per year
