The Sales & Service Manager is responsible for the overall success and management of our marketing, sales process and our account managers. We provide lawn weed control and fertilizer applications along with pest, mosquito and termite control to residential, commercial and municipal customers in North Mississippi and Memphis.
We are looking for an experienced sales manager to organize and coordinate our marketing and sales efforts. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of performance in sales, customer service, and communication among all of our employees about our current sales promotions. Previous experience and success in sales and sales management is a must.
Responsibilities
- Manage three account managers and one inside salesperson
- Recruit and train sales staff as needed
- Maintain sales procedures & processes
- Execute sales plan to ensure sales goals are met or exceeded
- Prepare weekly sales report for the group
- Partner with general manager to update and maintain policies as necessary
Skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit, drive and ambition
- Knowledge of lawn care, pest control or home services
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Familiarity with CRM software/Hubpot
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
- High School degree; additional education will be a plus
