Sales Representative

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HVAC Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably within the HVAC industry, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As an HVAC Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, assessing their HVAC needs, and recommending solutions that best fit their requirements.

Duties:
- Identify and target potential customers in the market
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to close sales
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track customer interactions and manage leads

Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technology sales role
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships
- Strong negotiation skills to secure profitable deals
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Familiarity with technical sales concepts and terminology

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $93,305.00 - $103,517.00 per year
