Duties Include:

• Cultivating meaningful relationships with patients/clients to enhance the practice-patient experience.
• Providing comprehensive education to prospective patients on Hereditary Cancer Testing.
• Guiding patients through the testing process, addressing any inquiries with expertise and care.
• Facilitating transparent discussions on costs and coverage options.
• Elevating the overall customer service experience for our discerning clientele.
• Collaborating on strategic marketing initiatives and outreach programs.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrated success in consultative medical or luxury sales (Minimum 2 years experience).
• Self-driven, articulate, and adept at quickly mastering complex information.
• A team player with a keen ability to excel both independently and collaboratively.
• Exceptional customer service acumen and a compassionate demeanor.
• Eagerness to acquire knowledge of medical procedures, terminology, and advanced technology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Bachelor's or associate's degree preferred.
