Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry Level Sales Associate. This role offers an opportunity for career growth in sales, marketing, and call analysis. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for conducting outbound sales calls to prospective clients, as well as performing entry-level call analysis and supporting marketing initiatives within the dental implant industry.

Responsibilities:

• Outbound Sales Calls:
• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services and generate leads.
• Engage with prospects in a professional and persuasive manner to communicate service benefits and secure appointments or sales.
• Maintain accurate records of sales interactions and follow-up activities in a CRM system.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets and KPIs.
• Call Analysis:
• Perform entry-level analysis of inbound dental implant calls on behalf of our clients to identify trends and various key performance indicators.
• Gather data on call metrics such as call duration, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
• Marketing Support:
• Contribute ideas for marketing strategies and promotional activities to attract and retain customers.
• Help maintain marketing databases and ensure data accuracy for targeted outreach.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related roles is a plus, but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
