Job Requirements:

Currently seeking an Outside Sales Representative in industrial machining, fabrication, and onsite installation field who is confident and a highly competitive go-getter who thrives on setting goals and then exceeding them. It is vital that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to engage and connect with a wide range of potential clients.

Specific qualifications for this position include:

Basic Skills:

• Ability and motivation to find, develop, and close sales
• Self-disciplined, self-motivated, high energy, persistent
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Ability to travel within territory
• Ability to schedule at least 12-15 sales calls a week
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Ability to succeed in a competitive selling environment
• Ability to close opportunities
• Flexibility and Adaptability to change in business practice and market changes
• Ability to be coached and to incorporate feedback
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
• Working knowledge of industrial field in all disciplines

• 2 or more years of successful industrial sales experience
