Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager
We are a stable, dynamic, growing Insurance Agency that is looking for experienced candidates who are seeking a long-term commitment to a positive and progressive work environment where they can reach their potential and grow with our company. The Account Manager is an integral link in the business relationship that is created by our agency, our clients, and our companies. The Account Manager is the main point of contact with our agency, and frequently clients rely on the Account Manager to explain, select, and place their insurance coverage. The Account Manager needs to objectively assess the underwriting practices of our companies when placing coverage.

Responsibilities Include:

• Customer sales and service of personal lines insurance policies.
• Ability to resolve client concerns and issues.
• Review and recommend insurance coverages for clients.
• Account round and cross-sell existing accounts.

Requirements Include:

• In-depth knowledge of personal lines insurance products, coverage, and services as typically obtained through a minimum of three years of direct insurance experience.
• Property and Casualty License.
• Associates Degree or equivalent is preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Strong Account Rounding and Cross-Selling Skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency of agency and industry software programs

* Commercial Lines experience is a plus.

*Life Insurance experience is a plus.

** Applied Epic insurance agency management system experience is a plus.
