$110,000-$200,000 per year

This position is for a Sales Manager with Pro Team Painters, the premier commercial and residential painting company in the Midland / Odessa area. Skill requirements include customer relations, sales closing skills, ability to interact with personnel on a job (painting team), attention to detail and problem solving skills, and a most, absolute integrity and dependability. This position will interact directly with and report to Pro Team Painters' president and owner.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately assessing and uncovering customer needs and vision
• Measuring outdoor and indoor spaces and designing personalized solutions
• Maintain a homeowner-centric focus that prioritizes service and satisfaction
• Work closely with our project manager to provide a seamless customer experience
• Efficiently utilize company technology platforms for estimating projects, submitting contracts and more

Experience & Skills:

• Have previous successful sales experience or a strong interest in kickstarting your sales career
• Comfortable using basic office programs and learning new technology
• Must have your drivers license and be able to meet driving insurance guidelines
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Construction experience a plus
• Must be able to take accurate measurements using a laser and measuring wheel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $127,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
