SUMMARY

The Lot Porter/Attendant moves, cleans, parks vehicles and assists the Service Department in other areas as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Park and pull up vehicles for the Service Department. Wash and vacuum customers vehicles. Clean technicians work area and throw away trash. Lock up vehicles in the evenings. Deliver and pick up vehicles. Assist the Service Advisors.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

This is a full time position. Monday - Saturday schedule.

QUALILIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read a limited number of two-and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Current, valid, driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) are required.
