We offer everything from plain brown corrugated boxes and bags, to a wide variety of packaging mediums (corrugated boxes, folding cartons, bags of all kinds and films, etc.) with full color graphics using flexo, litho, and roto gravure printing processes. We are currently searching for a dynamic candidate to join our team at our branch in Aiea, HI. The candidate must be detail-oriented, have some work background and experience, and be excited about contributing to our growing team.

As a PRP Inside Sales Representative, you would be responsible for interacting with customers and vendors mainly on the phone. In a pleasant and efficient manner, you will also be working as part of a team to handle the day to day operations of a busy sales office while focusing on sales growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Self-motivated, team player, quick learner, driven to excel with minimum supervision.
• Excellent Verbal/Written Communication Skills.
• Drive to meet performance metrics.
• Maintain customer/prospect records as well as sales touches in CRM.
• Ability to negotiate with vendors and customers.
• Computer Experience including working knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to multi-task in a busy sales office is essential.
• A pleasant phone voice and an easy-going personality.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance.
• Minimum 1-year experience in Inside Sales.
• Prior experience in the Packaging Industry, helpful, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
