We are seeking an Architectural Sales Manager in the New York, NY Metro area to join our dynamic sales organization for Rockfon, the metal ceiling division of ROCKWOOL. The territory also includes Northern NJ and CT.

What You Will Be Doing
As a pivotal team member reporting directly to the Regional Architectural Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in implementing Rockfon's comprehensive market strategiesboth short and long term. Your primary focus will be on collaborating with architects and designers, effectively promoting, and specifying Rockfon products. In addition to engaging with industry professionals, you will deliver compelling AIA presentations to architects, designers, and end users, showcasing the innovation inherent in Rockfon's product line.
Working in tandem with a sales representative, you will provide valuable support to ensure the success of the assigned territory. Your diverse responsibilities will include active participation in industry activities related to Architecture and Design (A&D), account management, binder updates, display installations and maintenance, as well as a keen understanding of budgeting and market price points.
What You Bring
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business, or a relevant field
- Strong relationships with architects, interior designers, facility managers, & builder owners.
- 5+ years experience in commercial sales/specification within interior building material finishes preferred.
- Proficient in establishing and cultivating high level relationships and networks with a keen ability to build and sustain strategic connections.
- Excellent Presentation Skills
- Project Management skills
- Microsoft Office Suite expertise
- Ability to travel 50% with 20% overnight travel

The base salary range for this position is $100,000.00 - $130,000.00. Your base salary is determined based on location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions. This position is bonus eligible.
