Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy helping people, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products.
- Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns
- Recommend additional items or alternatives to enhance the customer's shopping experience and ensure they have everything they need for their next project.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or POS systems
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and seasonal changes to merchandising.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service at all times
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, store promotions, and industry trends

Experience:
- Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong understanding of retail math and basic arithmetic
- Organizational skills to maintain a clean and well-stocked sales floor
- Knowledge of hardware sales is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Experience with product demonstrations or technical sales is beneficial

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
