We are a full-service environmental, health & safety consulting firm located in South Pasadena. We provide regulatory compliance and engineering support to a variety of industries. We currently have a Sales Assistant/Appointment Setter position available in our Sales Department.

* This position has the opportunity for growth and can lead to an Accounts Manager position.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: The Sales Assistant/Appointment Setter would generate new sales opportunities through outbound phone calls by setting appointments, following up with existing and potential clients, and maintaining an accurate entry of activities in the database. The Sales Assistant will also provide administrative, sales, and email marketing support.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: BA/BS Degree required. Experience in sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, and customer service. Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Excel, Outlook) proficiency. Excellent communication (speech & writing) skills are a must. Must successfully complete background & drug screen.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
