If you are an experienced portfolio manager that is comfortable using technology we now have an open position for a talented individual to lead a well-established, smooth-running portfolio of planned developments all within a 30-minute drive from our Temecula office. If you are looking for a work life balance this is the position for you.
Must have:
Three years or more of recent HOA management experience required and at least one, or on the track to obtain, the following designations: CMCA, CCAM, AMS, PCAM or LSM.
High integrity and ethical standards
Proven ability to work with a BOD to effectively formulate and administer HOA policies, rules and regulations, and CC&Rs.
Proven ability to work well with homeowners, vendors and other employees
Bachelor's Degree or military service is a plus.
