General Manager

The Connor Group is looking to bring on additional Managers to our ever-growing company. As a manager with The Connor Group, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and motivating your team while holding them highly accountable.
• Effectively managing bill-pay, expense control, payroll, and other KPIs.
• Playing a hands-on role in sales Building foot traffic from phone or email inquiries and closing deals on new rentals and renewals.
• Delivering excellent customer service to current and prospective residents of your community.
• Managing your Maintenance Team - Coordinating work orders and apartment turns, ensuring cleanliness of individual apartment units as well as leasing office, clubhouse, and pool area.

No industry experience required, but a successful Connor Group Manager will have:

• Leadership experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or similar industries.
• A clear system of time management and organizational skills.
• Proven success in running and driving a financially successful business.
• A high level of accountability from setting clear expectations to rewards & consequences.
• Experience training and developing teams, including performance management.
• The ability to overcome adversity and understand the importance of improvement from that adversity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
