Full description of the position

We are a growing full service residental HVAC Company located in Ellenton, FL. We are looking for two HVAC Maintenance/Sales/ Service technicians. In this position, you would be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while diagnosing, repairing and selling HVAC equipment and services. This rold requires a combination of technical expertise, sales skills and customer relationship management. Must be professional, excellent at communicating, possess stellar customer service skills. Being coachable is a must. Technicians will be performing high level tune-ups, running maintenance, service and estimate calls. Service area ranges from Riverview to North Venice. Must have own tools and be able to climb a ladder to work on roofs or in attics as needed. We offer competitive pay including bonus pay and benefits.

*Must be able to follow written and verbal directions as given

*Must be able to demonstrate mechanical aptitude

*Must have EPA certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
