We are a leading B2B supplier in the Beverage & Dessert Industry. Our office originally started in Northern California about 10 years ago. In 2022, we expanded by opening our North America branch office in Texas. Our office location is right off I-90 Highway. We are currently searching for an energetic and detail-oriented Outside Sales Representative with 2-10 years of direct B2B experience. In this position, you will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Spend your day meeting new clients and demonstrating a vast array of food and beverage ingredients used throughout the United States in restaurants, food trucks, or coffee stores business. Utilize your customer service and sales skills to create new accounts and enhance existing ones. Best of all, tailor your approach to your liking and be rewarded for your hard work.
**Once you onboard with us, related training will be provided by Sales Associates, as well as attendance at product demonstration meetings
The daily job description includes:
- Develop and maintain relationships with current customers.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
- Conduct product demo sessions for clients, showcasing the benefits of our products or services.
- Visit dessert stores or restaurant retail businesses (door to door) and demonstrate our products as well as hand out samples.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Negotiate terms of sale and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Sales performance reviews will be conducted by Management on a weekly basis.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts and pipeline updates, to management.
- Collaborate with Order Processing and Operation Teams to ensure the seamless execution of sales orders and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with Beverage & Dessert trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to expand professional network.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is required.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Bilingual in English and another language is a big plus.
