Position Overview: The Roofing Sales Professional will drive revenue growth and self-generate a book of business under the leadership of a team lead. The candidate will be able to conduct roof and siding inspections, guide customers through the insurance process, and answer technical questions. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience and the drive to succeed. This role offers uncapped commissions and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Exceed sales targets by generating sales opportunities and converting leads into customers.
• Inspect residential roofs and inform customers about the state of their home
• Quote home repair and exterior replacements
• Generate business by leveraging your network, selling door to door, building relationships with industry partners, or other streams of lead generation
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base while upholding our core values.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience in roofing or construction.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to get to roofs and conduct thorough roof inspections

Pay: $60,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
