Are you interested in the opportunity to work for an industry-leading provider of floor covering? America's Floor Source, one of the nation's largest flooring companies, is seeking full-time sales professional for its Property Management (multi-family homebuilders) division at our Indianapolis, Indiana location.

The ideal candidates will have 3 plus years experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced, high production environment. Knowledge of the flooring or construction industry, and experience using RFMS and/or Structure software systems is a plus. Work proactively and collaboratively with our Estimating and Operations teams to provide our clients with long-term strategic value and exceptional customer service. Help maintain and build upon existing accounts and work to forge new and lasting partnerships.

Applicants must possess a positive and energetic attitude and exceptional customer service and communication skills. Must be extremely detailed and have the ability to meet or exceed customers' expectations. Must have a professional demeanor and ability to present yourself well to the public.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and facilitate the execution of client programs, project specifications and ensuring quality project completion in support of our operations team.
• Maintain deep relationships with clients, understand their challenges and needs.
• Ability to develop and grow a book of new business, and existing accounts under your command.
• Influence, delegate, and communicate, in a deadline driven environment, ensuring sound planning, exceptional service, and a solid client relationship.
• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of activities carried out on behalf of assigned clients; change plans as necessary to produce results.
• Meet regularly with management team to share the status of accounts and troubleshoot any challenges.
• Travel as needed throughout the Metro-Indianapolis area.

Qualifications Required:

• Self-motivated
• Experience developing, cultivating, and closing opportunities with Clients
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communications and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service and client communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Three or more years of related experience
• Excellent working knowledge of ERP, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and others as required
