Outside Sales Representative

Duties:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through effective prospecting and lead generation strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize account growth.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Successful Qualities:

• Energetic and highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to build and grow a promising new territory & team of sales reps.
• Represent and sell Merola Tile lines to tile showrooms, kitchen & bath stores, and more.
• Must be articulate, passionate, and a compelling presenter.
• Must have the ability to build trust-based relationships with customers.
• Must be driven to succeed in sales.
• Strong track record of territory and sales growth.
• Knowledge of building products ideally within the tile and flooring industries.
• Must be very welcoming.
• Must possess a positive attitude.
• Self-motivated and hardworking.
• Friendly and honest.
• Must be presentable and dress appropriately.
• Detailed oriented.
• Must demonstrate time management skills.
• Valid driver's license
• Must have an appropriate vehicle (SUV or truck)

Average will earn $50k, stars will earn $250k or more. High commission structure.

Responsibilities: **

• Distribute Merola Tile and glass samples throughout the territory to generate sales.
• Assist potential customers with product knowledge.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the satisfaction of each customer.
• Process sales, transactions, and follow up with orders including returns and exchanges.
• Ensure that the store presentation and standards are well maintained.

Training:
Training program addressing all facets of the business --sales, products, marketing, and customer service.ntribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Experience:

- Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles.
- Experience in Salesforce or other CRM software preferred.
- Strong technical sales skills, with the ability to understand and effectively communicate complex technology solutions.
- Knowledge of the market and industry trends in technology sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
