Position: Senior Liaison-Hospice

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture relationships within the community to promote hospice services
• Act as a resource for referral sources, providing education and information about our services
• Meet with referring physicians and referral sources to ensure customer satisfaction and foster strong relationships
• Educate referral sources about available hospice services and methods, positioning yourself as a trusted expert in the field
• Drive sales targets through proactive outreach to physicians, case managers, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other referral sources
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless patient care delivery

Requirements:

• Established book of buissiness in healthcare, preferably in hospice, home health, or a related medical field
• Ability to pass a background check and maintain a clean driving record
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus
• Previous experience in home health or hospice community relations preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant sales experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
• Current Nevada drivers license and automobile liability insurance required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
