About us

Elyria Hyundai is a privately owned Automotive dealer located in Elyria, Ohio. We are growing year over year and need qualified people to add to our team. We have a newly renovated state of the art building, with comfortable work areas, delivery center and many amenities. We believe in a fun work environment and are very team oriented.

We provide in house training and on going training for success for those with no experience in sales.

ATTN: Experienced Car Salespeople - SIGN ON BONUS based on experience and skill!

Work Hours: Mon and Thur 9am -8pm. Tues, Wed, and Friday 9am-6pm. Saturday 9am - 5pm. Closed Sun. Two days off per week.

Closed on New Years Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Responsibilities:

• Business Casual Attire required

• Be knowledgeable about the product

• Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion

• Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs

• Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems

• Answer questions about the products

• Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements

• Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors

• Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships

Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of electronics or related industries is preferred
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Must have valid Driver's License

Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
