We are seeking an insurance account manager who is dependable, self-motivated and driven to join our winning team! If you have the drive to work in a successful, established agency, inquire to get started! Pay is based on experience and licensing.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain a positive work atmosphere by communicating and behaving in a professional manner with clients, co- workers and management.
• Provide high-level of customer service to clients
• Responsible for service calls, taking payments, vehicle changes, etc.
• Responsible for the security of clients data at all times
• Provide excellent customer service over the phone for clients
• Others duties deemed necessary

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Educational Requirements

• Proven customer service experience required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Desired

• Proven customer service experience
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner with both written and verbal skills
• Ability to multitask at a fast pace while using several vehicles of communication
