Position: Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

Grow Existing Business: Expand the share of wallet within our existing client base by fostering strong relationships and understanding their evolving needs.

New Business Development: Proactively seek and cultivate new business opportunities, leveraging our diverse range of products, including envelopes, labels, e-Commerce packaging, and folding cartons.

Proposal Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals to clients, showcasing the value and innovation SupremeX brings to the table.

Collaboration: Work seamlessly with internal manufacturing and support teams, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, addressing quality issues, managing credit collections, and overseeing inventory.

Market Research: Stay ahead of market trends, identifying potential business opportunities and positioning SupremeX as an industry leader.

Requirements:

Experience: 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in a print-related or merchant field, selling to a similar account base.

Education: College diploma or university degree, ideally in Graphic Communications, Business, or Sales-related programs.

Skills: Effective listening, excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office with a solid understanding of Excel.

Traits: Self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask. Outgoing, personable, and a team player.

Industry Background: Knowledge or background in print and/or manufacturing is strongly preferred.

Technical Savvy: Comfortable with technology and able to assist with administrative activities when required.

Mobility: Must have a valid drivers license and vehicle, with a willingness to travel as needed.
