Job Description:

We are looking for a Medical Sales Development Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential patients. Candidate must be passionate about helping others, dependable, friendly, and experienced with a dynamic personality. Experience in sales is preferred.

Duties:

Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

Provide information about the Medi program to potential patients

Following sales scripts when handling different topics

Identifying customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions

Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way

Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Duties:

Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

Previous experience in a customer support role

Track record of over-achieving quota

Familiarity with EMR systems

Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

High school degree
