Home Instead Louisville is looking for an ambitious and dedicated Sales Representative to join our amazing team in Louisville. We are a leader in home care services and offer you an exceptional opportunity to impact lives in this fulfilling role. As a Sales Representative you will be instrumental in driving our service expansion within our territory. Your main goal is to generate revenue through engaging in outside sales by building, maintain and growing a network of referral providers for our services. Your role will require you to spend more than half of your time away from the office, actively seeking new referral sources and strengthening existing relationships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment, from initiating cold calls to delivering group presentations.

Our Sales Representative will:

Embody the core values of Home Instead while influencing our growth.

Cultivate a network with referral providers including hospitals, physicians, senior living communities etc.

Develop and implement targeted sales and marketing plans, with a focus on inquiry generation and new business acquisition.

Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities and leverage software tools including Salesforce to maximize growth potential.

The Ideal Candidate:

Has a passion for and track record of effective sales and relationship-building.

Possesses strong organizational and strategic planning skills.

Is committed to achieving and surpassing sales goals.

Has related business experience in healthcare, home health or senior care.

Has a high school diploma, college degree preferred.

Possesses a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
