Responsibilities: - Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses - Develop and maintain client relationships - Assess clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate recommendations - Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients' needs - Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to clients - Process insurance policy applications and documentation - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations Qualifications: - Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field - Strong telemarketing and negotiation skills - Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal (multilingual abilities are a plus) - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information - Knowledge of various insurance products and their benefits - Familiarity with benefits administration and claims processes - Ability to work independently and meet sales targets - Strong organizational and time management skills As an Insurance Agent, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals and businesses protect their assets through comprehensive insurance coverage. Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,500.00 per week
