The entry-level hourly pay is between $18 and $20 depending on sales experience. The average producer typically earns additional income of between $5,000 to $10,000 a year in bonuses. Top producers between $10,000 and $20,000+.

The position is for an Insurance Producer. You'll be consulting on and selling personal lines insurance products (home, auto, etc) through multiple carriers. You'll be helping existing clients solve problems and make changes to existing policies. You'll be building relationships with referral partners and with clients who reach out to us for our services.

This position is NOT commission-based and there is NO cold calling. Plus achievable monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses. The average producer earns between $5,000 to $10,000 a year in bonuses. Top producers between $10,000 and $20,000+. Benefits include paid time off and a health insurance reimbursement plan (QSEHRA). No past insurance experience required, we'll train you!

Hours are Monday through Friday 9 to 5.
