Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our Wholesale Auction team. You will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the automotive industry. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to analyze customer needs to provide effective solutions. Salary starts at $39,000/year plus weekly commission.

Duties:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target markets
- Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products or services
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

- Stay up to date on industry trends, standards, policies and guidelines

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales
- Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Experience in business development and account management
- Proficiency in computer softwares is preferred (Google Drive, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This is a hybrid position that includes on the road sales consigning and in person work. Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays are required for in person. The work week is Mondays through Saturdays. Monday-Wednesday hours are 8 AM-5 PM. Thursday and Saturday hours are 8 AM - Noon. Friday hours are 8 AM-3 PM. Must be available via phone whether on the road or in person. Depending on which sales route is taken for the week, an overnight stay may be required on rare occasions.
