The Lion's Den Adult Superstores, an established, expanding adult novelty and media retail company has an Assistant Store Manager career opportunity available at our Indianapolis, IN location.

The Assistant Store Manager actively works alongside the Store Manager to ensure the highest level of customer service while driving sales. Assistant Managers must be competent in generating sales, and assisting with the overall day to day management of store operations.

We have an excellent compensation package, including:

Commission and Bonuses

• Pay rate: Up to $17.50 an hour plus commissions along potential monthly, quarterly and retention bonuses.
• Eligible for medical, vision and dental benefits along with 401k retirement savings plan, flexible schedules, voluntary benefits and employee discounts.
• Eligible for retention bonus after 90 days of employment (Up to $500)

To be considered for Assistant Manager a completion of, a minimum of, a two year certificate from a college or technical school, or equivalent management experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. 2-5 years sales related or retail experience required. This individual must possess time management and problem solving skills. Additionally, strong communication skills and excellent customer service is desired.
