We are currently looking for a sales associates to join our team and be based out of our busiest location. If you are hard working, passionate, and enjoy working with the public wed love to hear from you. Flooring knowledge and sales history is a plus but willing to train the right individual. Carpet Factory Outlet is a family owned and operated company that has been a leader in the local flooring industry since 1970.

Job Responsibilities:

Hybrid position of both working the sales floor and being on the road doing in home sales.

Greeting the customer, identifying their needs, and being their trusted adviser from initial contact until the job is complete

Selling all types of flooring including wall to wall carpet, area rugs, luxury vinyl tile and wood, sheet vinyl, laminate and hardwood

Calling leads, going to to customers homes/commercial jobs sites with samples, and being able to measure and give an estimate/sell a flooring job on site (we will teach)

Working as a team with other sales staff to answer phones, handles inquiries, and offer an overall excellent customer experience.

Ability to work some nights and weekends

Salary: $30,000 to $50,000 plus bonus and commission
