Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers within the food processing industry and promoting our cutting-edge solutions. You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, building lasting relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

-Identify and target potential customers in the food processing industry, including manufacturers, processors, and distributors. -Conduct research and market analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
-Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. -Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their requirements and presenting tailored solutions. -Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our custom machinery. -Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
-Collaborate with our engineering team to ensure customer requirements are met and projects are successfully executed.
-Keep abreast of industry developments, product enhancements, and competitor activities.
-Meet and exceed sales targets, while consistently delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications: -Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food processing or machinery industry.
-Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
-Strong understanding of the food processing industry, including knowledge of machinery and equipment used in the sector. -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and deliver compelling sales presentations. -Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
-Exceptional negotiation and closing skills. -Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
