Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Assistant to join our team. The Sales Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. Responsibilities:

- Assist the sales team in generating new business leads and opportunities

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies

- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining sales records

Experience:

- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred

- Familiarity with business development and account management concepts

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth

- Proficiency in technology sales tools and software applications

- Ability to self-motivate
