Responsibilities:

As the General Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all store activities to ensure store performance expectations and customer service levels are achieved. The General Manager is responsible for all day to day decision making, ensuring the store is always reacting quickly to the market and customers and is responsible for recruiting, hiring, training and developing all staff.

• Implement processes to achieve store profitability goals.
• Develop store sales goals and business plans. Improve gross profit and processes.
• Develop and implement local marketing activities.
• On-going customer engagement and communication.
• Manage web portal and online presence.
• Manage and oversee activities of all dealership departments.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years experience as a General Manager REQUIRED
• Honda brand experience HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Previous California management role PREFERRED
• Demonstrated leadership abilities to develop, and motivate successful teams.
• Solid working knowledge of computers and systems.
• Exceptional communication skills; both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Successful background in financial/budgeting role.

• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

The estimated annual earning range for this position is $300,000.00 to $700,000.00, which includes commissions on (Commissions Ex: Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit, Department Net) and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses Ex: Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability).

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
