We utilize state-of-the-art devices and aesthetic machines like UltraClear, Hydrafacial, Morpheus 8, and Venus Bliss, among others, to deliver exceptional results. To complement our treatments, we offer a selection of top-quality skincare products and supplements for at-home maintenance. As a Medical Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the medical office. You will support doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner. You will be responsible for delivering engaging presentations and consultations to clients to describe our services/products. Your primary goal will be to sell packages by effectively communicating the value of our offerings. This role requires a dynamic individual who can connect with clients, understand their needs, and present solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients and document basic medical history
• Providing the consultation to each patients
• Update and file medical records and insurance reports
• Check with patients and type up patients charts
• Assist during medical examinations
• Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments
• Prepare the patients for the treatment and collect the vital signs
• Conduct presentations and consultations with clients to describe our services/products.
• Tailor presentations to each client's needs and preferences.
• Highlight the benefits and features of our packages in a compelling manner.
• Address client questions and objections effectively.
• Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies.
• Provide feedback to the team to improve our services/products and sales processes.

Skills

• Knowledge of Wellness & Beauty industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures

• Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software
• Degree in medical assistance
• English & Spanish are required
• Work authorization is required

Job Type: Full time 40h/w, weekends will be required 9 am -7 pm

Base plus commission from sales %
