We are a hospice and home health agency looking for a highly motivated, driven, and goal-oriented Director of Business Development/Marketing in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. We are looking for a Director with a high volume of connections who can make an immediate impact, someone who is an established talent in the industry.

The Director of Business Development will be responsible for building relationships, receiving referrals, and promoting our home health care and hospice agencies with Hospitals, Skilled Nursing facilities, Doctors offices, and Assisted living facilities throughout the Riverside & San Bernardino County areas.

We will provide you with any support you may need to help you grow as a Business development and Marketing Director, but it is expected that the candidate will already have deep connections and patient referral channel(s). The Director will also have many opportunities for raises, bonuses, and commissions, as the compensation is not limited to what is posted!

We want our home health and hospice agencies to be busy, and we believe that the right Director of Business Development will have a big effect on this.

Job Requirements:

• Identify patients that are eligible for hospice and home health services we can provide
• Visit with physicians, discharge planners, and other health care providers regarding services, contracts, and collaboration with our program.
• Develop and build professional relationships with potential referral sources
• Close sales with referral sources and maintain ongoing follow up relationships
• Executing a marketing plan to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual growth targets
• Function independently with excellent communication skills, punctuality, dedication, and a goal-oriented work ethic

Professional Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Hospice and Home Health Marketing
• Must be well organized, motivated and detail-oriented
• Must have ability to make immediate impact
• Be able to multi-task
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards referral sources and co-workers
• Reliable means of transportation

FURTHER RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Makes cold calls to all potential healthcare settings that could use our services.
• Completes Direct door marketing program
• Visiting leads and closing sales
• Lead follow-ups
• Analyzes referral/company relationships.
• Analyzes advertising and sales promotion needs.
