Job Description:
As a Swipejobs Staffing Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth by acquiring new client accounts. You will leverage our cutting-edge platform to offer flexible workforce solutions tailored to the needs of businesses in various industries. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering value to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively prospect, cold call, and network to identify and secure new business opportunities.
Utilize the Swipejobs platform to connect with businesses in Cicero, Illinois, understand their staffing requirements, and offer tailored solutions.
Build and nurture relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor in navigating the staffing landscape.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and fulfillment of staffing assignments.
Deliver compelling presentations to showcase the benefits of Swipejobs and drive client engagement.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service agreements to meet the needs of clients while maximizing revenue.
Meet and exceed sales targets, quotas, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by Swipejobs.
Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the staffing, recruitment, or technology industry.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in technology platforms and software, with experience in CRM systems preferred.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year
