We are seeking a Property and Casulty Insurance Agent, experience is not necessary, to join our team at Supra Insurance Services. This is a fantastic opportunity for highly motivated individuals who are hands-on and driven to meet or exceed their sales quotas. The position offers a competitive base salary plus commission. This is a full-time role; in office setting.

Supra Insurance Services is a family-owned commercial insurance agency with over 20 years of experience in the transportation industry. We opened our doors in 2019 and we are looking to grow. Our mission is to assist our customers in ensuring they have the appropriate coverage for their specific needs. We value trust and believe in 100% transparency when it comes to exchange of information. Our expertise extends beyond insurance to advising clients on the permits necessary for compliance and safety.

Qualifications

• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up
• Great Selling Skills
• Driven and goal-oriented individual
• Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations
• P&C license and experience preferred, but not required.
• Bilingual - English and Spanish

Responsibilities

• Develop positive working relationships with clients
• Participate in continuing education programs in both insurance and sales.
• Approach clients via cold calling and other marketing material for quoting
• Respond to clients' questions and complaints.
• Follow up with clients after initial contact
• Explain the differences in policy specifics so clients can make informed decisions about their purchases

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $2,500.00 per month
