Responsibilities:
- Conduct proactive inside sales activities to establish and maintain a strong customer base in the medical field.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business goals.
- Build and nurture relationships with customers through excellent communication and follow-up, addressing their inquiries and providing product information.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and sales activities using the company's CRM and EMR system.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to enhance sales effectiveness and provide valuable insights to the team.
- Participate in training and product knowledge sessions to stay updated with the latest advancements in medical technology.
- Provide face to face patient consultations in order to understand patients goals and explain to them their testing and treatment options.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within the medical or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of medical products, terminology, and healthcare industry practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to effectively work in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
