Job Description

Society Awards Finance Group deals directly with the most elite financial institutions here in the Americas and throughout the world commemorating high profile equity, debt and M&A transactions. The successful applicant will focus on acquiring additional revenue streams from existing clientele as well as bringing on new customers. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for meeting monthly and quarterly revenue goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will report to the head of the business unit. You will be expected to create 25-35 new business opportunities each week by networking and performing outreach to our global network of clients. Were looking for a results-oriented professional who values productivity and customer engagement.

What Youll Be Doing

• Drive growth in revenue by building relationships and being in constant contact with your book of business
• Develop and oversee outreach programs designed to engage our clients and secure new business
• Engage with minimum 30 customers per day via live contact and follow up with all prospects on new projects within 4 hours
• Follow up and engage with customers to close business with the Account Management team
• Exceed monthly goals and create a strong revenue stream through activities
• Schedule and perform meetings with clients and attend events
• Perform email and calling campaigns to new and existing clients
• Perform research and create value added conversations with partners
• Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, stylists, executives etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Successful Sales Executive with 4+ years of experience and track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
• Experience working in a highly automated metrics based organization (familiar with Hubspot CRM, Zoho CRM, or similar tool)
• Advanced problem resolution skills and communication abilities
• Excellent written communication skills and technologically savvy
• Drive and passion about achieving great results
• Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality

Salary

$60,000 - $100,000 Total Compensation (Base + Commission)

Location: This office is located in the dynamic Atherton Mill in South End.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
