CERTEX USA is seeking an experience, motivated individual to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative in the Oklahoma City, Oklahoma area.

Job Summary

The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for generation of new client opportunities and the expansion of existing customer opportunities in the defined target market that meet the product and service sales goals and new client requirements.

Essential Functions

  • Establish, nurture, and expand the defined selling territory and target market prospects, primarily by bringing in orders from new accounts
  • The ongoing development and deepening of existing client relationships in the selling territory
  • Follow and utilize companys sales systems and prospect development processes.
  • Identify factors influencing prospective buyers and accurately recognize the obstacles they face. Understand the root causes of these issues and provide effective solutions to address them.
  • Meet daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly activity and revenue objectives
  • Participate in the development of your annual sales development plan with management
  • Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with all team members to ensure a consistent and effective delivery to the client.
  • Build an effective professional network by participating in organizations and events that foster these opportunities and builds referral sources
  • Ability to complete and present daily and weekly pipeline reports in a timely manner

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Must understand and utilize consultative selling
  • Must be sales and results driven
  • Must be able to maintain reports on quotas, prospective customers, and various other data
  • Experience working with a CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Mechanical background a plus
  • Effective problem solving skills and experience with prospects and clients
  • A well-organized and self-directed individual who is a team player
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Education and Experience

  • At least three years successful outside sales experience preferred
  • At least two years successful industrial sales experience in rigging, wire rope, construction or mining industries.

Physical Requirements

  • Sit for an hour or more, speak, hear, stand, walk, stoop, squat, bend and/or kneel.
  • Verbally communicate detailed information to others either by phone or in person.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.
  • Required to use hands with substantial movement (motions) of wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
  • Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data, transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading.

Pay and Provisions:

  • $45,000 - $50,000 plus commission
  • Branch Bonus
  • Sign On/Retention Bonus
