Our Sales Support Representative will become knowledgeable about the services 1Solar provides, and support the sales teams as needed in order to ensure a successful experience for them as well as our customers.

Skills:

Customer service experience with the ability to quickly identify customer needs and provide effective solutions. Prior customer experience in the solar industry is a plus; though not required.

Ability to function as a polite and cooperative team member with a positive attitude, be a self-starter and be able to work effectively across a variety of tasks.

Bilingual Spanish/English communication skills are in high demand, oral and written. Must have effective computer skills and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Professionally assist sales reps and answer incoming phone calls, email and web form submissions; accurately assist reps with solar questions and/or disputes.

Build solar proposals for prospective customers.

Responds appropriately and accurately to sales representative questions and concerns with superior customer service skills.

Performs other duties as deemed appropriate by management.
