Expected Compensation To Fall in Range of $4500-$8333/month for full time, or $2250 to $4166 for part time*

Efficiency Revolution, LLC is hiring an experienced Energy Auditor / Estimator. This person will need to be certified by BPI (Building Performance Institute) or RESNET (Residential Energy Services Network) to perform energy audits. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT ALREADY HAVE ONE OF THESE CERTIFICATIONS.

The ideal candidate will have a background in building energy efficiency, energy audits, sales, and construction, and will also work with customers to determine which efficiency services best fit their needs. Approximately 50% of compensation may be commission based, depending on sales, allowing for significant income potential for a motivated sales person.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, google sheets, Adobe Acrobat, and google calendar preferred.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree preferred, but not required.
• High school diploma/GED required.
• Building Analyst or Building Envelope certification from BPI or RESNET Energy Rater certification required.

Physical Requirements:

• Walking, standing, crouching, and maneuvering through attics and crawl spaces.
• Must be able to access and navigate the jobsite.
• Jobsite environments may be subject to high temperatures, confined spaces, and heights.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $52,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 40 per week
