Summary

Your expertise might just be the key to our challenge. A common struggle for many agents is balancing the act of prospecting, marketing, and attending appointments, all while trying to secure business. On average, a real estate agent earns about $49,500 annually.

Our challenge, however, is unique. We possess the leads, systems, models, tools, and coaching necessary to enable first-year agents to earn $144,000 - provided they are willing to put in the effort. The hurdle we encounter is finding individuals ready to commit to the work required. Achieving mastery demands dedication - precisely 10,000 hours. Many enter the real estate field with expectations set by shows like Million Dollar Listing or Selling Sunset, hoping to deal in luxury homes almost immediately. This is not our reality. If this is your expectation of a career in real estate, our team may not be the right fit for you.

We are in search of leaders with a hunger and drive, ready to dedicate 40 hours a week towards forging a limitless career in real estate. Our ideal candidates are those eager to make a significant impact in the lives of others, treating every transaction, whether its helping a single mother purchase a $200,000 condo or securing a $2,000,000 listing, with equal dedication and care. Many of our agents earn between $144,000 to $150,000 in their first year, with some reaching up to $500,000.If this message resonates with you and youre curious about the opportunities ahead, we should talk.

A NJ REAL ESTATE LICENSE IS REQUIRED. This position is full-time and commission-based.

Responsibilities

  • Execute a lead generation lever weekly
  • Conduct two open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
