Location: Fort Myers, FL On-site (3660 Broadway)

We are seeking a Business Development Assistant with a passion to care for others in the communities we serve. Job Summary for Business Development Assistant:

Assist with a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. Serve as an assistant to the business development department on specific projects as assigned.

• Answer and transfer phone calls to appropriate individuals, screening when necessary.
• Maintain filing systems either manually or electronically.
• Assist with coordinating examinations for sports team patients.
• Schedule patients for various accounts as directed by the business development director.
• Account validation for PACS login requests.
• Backup for referral read tasks.
• Assist the business development director with a variety of tasks within the department.
• Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions.
• Assist the physician liaison team with physician related issues, stat requests, and other related tasks.
• Perform clerical duties, including typing, filing, and completion of forms.
• Operate office machines, including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and other standard office equipment.
• Copy, sort, and file records related to office activities and other matters.
• Prepare letters, memos, forms, and reports according to written or verbal instructions.

Education: Required: High School Diploma or GED

Experience: clerical experience preferred
