As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling insurance policies to clients. ```Duties:```
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Provide personalized insurance recommendations based on clients' specific requirements
- Educate clients on different insurance options and coverage plans
- Process insurance policy applications and renewals
- Handle policy changes, claims, and billing inquiries
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals

```Skills:```
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles
- Strong sales administration skills with the ability to negotiate effectively
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
