Full description of the position

Join a fast-paced commercial truck dealership environment. We are looking for a CRM Sales Manager to:

• Work directly with our sales team and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process
• Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
• Follow-up phone calls with all prospects and customers.
• Assist in closing sales
• Assist in desking deals for sales associates
• Must have Excellent Phone, Communication, written skills
• Help manage all other aspects of the sales department
• Continuously develop product and sales knowledge with ongoing coaching.
• Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.

Prior dealership experience is helpful but not necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
