We are seeking a bilingual Insurance Agent / Customer Service Representative to join our team! We are a family owned and operated Independent Insurance Agency located in San Clemente for over 25 years. You will be responsible for providing service to our existing customers, and for helping expand the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present quotes and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
• Provide client reviews and manage the renewal process for existing clients
• Process changes to policies upon client request
• Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
• Remarket policies when uprates occur due to rate increases, MVR activity or risk changes
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints primarily by phone
• Expand business reach through networking techniques
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially over the phone
• Ability to prioritize and multitask and high attention to detail
• We are seeking a candidate that can speak both English and Spanish fluently

Pay and Benefits:

• $20 - $24/Hr depending on experience
