Our client in Buffalo, NY is actively seeking a skilled Outside Sales Representative to join their team.

This is an onsite/ full-time/direct-hire position
Salary based on experience: $45k-$50k

Job Description:
Key employee in a growing WNY business selling, renting, and coordinating the installation of scaffolds and job access to a construction contractor and facility manager market.

Responsibilities include:

• Working with customers to determine their scaffold, equipment, and materials needs.
• Coordinating projects: scaffold installations and dismantles
• Estimating and bidding
• Positive customer service at all levels
• Use of Top Builder Software, a sales system not unlike Salesforce
• Use of Sketch-up Software to design scaffold layouts
• Expand sales into varied sectors
• Contract management
• Working as part of a team to increase market sector and profitability

The office team also uses Sage Accounting software and Avontus inventory management software. Part of job coordination may include bringing parts to jobsites so the employee must be able to lift 30 lbs.

The person will be provided with technical, sales, scaffold, and safety training at the employers expense. The employee will be provided with a cell phone and a pick-up truck for use during work hours.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience.
• High school Diploma or GED
• Construction experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Sketch software is a plus.
