Full description of the position

Pacific Northwest region top food wholesaler seeking a sales representative to join our team servicing Central Oregon.

The Sales Representative will work directly with our customers across the Pacific Northwest region building and maintaining relationships with assigned accounts. The ideal candidate will be experienced in prospecting, selling, and servicing customers and have proficient industry knowledge and skills, and motivation to contribute to a growing business. They will be detail oriented and able to analyze fluctuating market factors and have a comprehensive understanding of the food supply chain.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, with 3-5 years related experience managing customer accounts
  • Fresh produce knowledge and sales experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written, and interpersonal), analytical, negotiation, and problems solving skills
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities with timeliness while successfully self-motivating.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
